Aurelian

Aurelian is a Voice AI for public safety. It intends to make non-emergency calls more streamlined and enhance the efficiency of Emergency Communication Centers (ECCs), allowing 911 dispatchers to focus on real emergencies. Its key features include routing callers to the correct department, triaging emergencies in real-time, collecting information for CAD reports, supporting multiple languages, and offering customizable features. It can be used to handle non-emergency situations such as barking dogs and broken windows, ensure efficient resource allocation in ECCs, and improve public safety operations. For better performance, it is suggested to optimize call routing algorithms, continuously train the AI for a wider range of scenarios, and regularly update the language support.
