The second source is guest data, such as reservation details including the guest's name, dates of stay, check-in and check-out times, number of guests and pets, and the total amount paid. This data helps the AI provide personalized responses. The third source is previous chat history, ensuring the continuity of the conversation. During the beta phase, the tool interchangeably uses OpenAI GPT-4o and GPT NeoX 20B, generating high-quality text that is often indistinguishable from human-written content. In tests, 88.2% of the AI responses had a quality score of 4 (good) or 5 (great), and in other cases, editing the responses is far more efficient than writing from scratch as the AI prefills the response field. The pricing for the Chrome extension is estimated to be around $95/month/listing after the beta period. Currently, all users are considered beta users and receive a 14-day free trial and a lifetime price lock of $49/month/listing (up to 300 queries/month/listing).
